Meet Kelly
As both a clinician and a veteran, Kelly understands the toll high-stress experiences can take. She began her career supporting veterans in substance-use recovery and later led trauma groups for women—experience that continues to shape her practical, trauma-informed approach.
Kelly holds an MS in Psychology and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Together, you’ll name what is keeping you stuck, build skills you can actually use, and move toward steadier days with clear support.
